Frequently asked questions
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You choose the Menu or the Orders plan. If you don't, the menu stays visible, but ordering and editing stop until you choose a plan. The trial doesn't ask for a card, so nothing is charged automatically.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from the panel. Your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. After you cancel, we keep your data for 90 days and send you a warning email before we delete it.
What currency do I pay the subscription in?
In euros, by card, through Stripe. The invoice comes by email, with VAT calculated for your company's country. You show menu prices in your own currency.
