Everything Menixo does
A menu your guests read in their own language and, if you want, table orders that go straight to a tablet. No app to install, no special hardware.
The menu
It looks like a poster and reads easily on any phone.
A QR code on every table
Guests scan and the menu opens in the browser. Change a price and it shows straight away, with nothing to reprint.
Photos, options and extras
0.33 l or 0.5 l, thin or fluffy crust, extra mozzarella: each with its own price.
Allergens and filters
The 14 EU allergens as icons with labels. Guests can hide dishes with their allergens or see only what's vegan or vegetarian.
Labels and sold out
Vegan, vegetarian, spicy, new, recommended. A sold-out item turns grey instead of disappearing from the menu.
Several menus
Lunch, dinner, drinks, each with its own hours if you want.
The languages
You write the menu once. Guests read it in their own language.
AI translation into 20 languages
With every change, the AI translates only what has changed. Dish names (Mici, Paella, Tiramisu) stay as they are, with an explanation in the description.
You have the final say
Correct any translation directly in the table. Your correction stays marked “Checked” and is never overwritten.
The phone's language, automatically
The menu opens in the phone's language, if you have it switched on. Guests can change it from the header.
Tables and QR codes
From a list of tables to printed cards, in a few minutes.
Tables by area
Terrace, inside, bar: tables have names or numbers and are grouped by area.
Print-ready PDF
A6 cards on A4 sheets, with your logo, the table name, the QR code and “Scan for the menu”.
A new code when you need one
“New code” cancels a table's old code, if it has ended up somewhere it shouldn't be.
Table ordering
The Orders plan: the guest orders, the tablet rings, the waiter serves.
Cart with notes
Option, extras, quantity and a note on each item. Prices are recalculated on our servers, from the current menu.
The restaurant's tablet
New, Accepted and Preparing columns, large cards with the table and time, and a sound and vibration for every new order.
Live status on the phone
Guests see when the order is accepted, being prepared and served, or the reason if it was declined.
Call the waiter, the bill
Two buttons on the phone: the waiter comes to the table, and when asking for the bill, the guest says whether they'll pay by card or cash.
Works when the internet drops
The tablet reconnects on its own and catches up on everything that happened in the meantime. No orders lost or duplicated.
Protection against abuse
Each table has a random code and a limit on orders per 10 minutes. Orders only come in when you've switched them on and you're open.
The team
Everyone sees only what they need.
Managers
You invite them by email. They work on the menu, tables, orders and staff, but can't see the subscription.
Staff with PINs
Waiters sign in on the tablet with a 4–6 digit PIN. After 5 wrong tries, the PIN locks for 15 minutes.
Paired tablets
Any tablet or phone with a browser. You pair it once, with a 6-character code from the panel.
Trust
Your guests' data is not our product.
No trackers in the menu
The public menu has no cookies, ads or analytics. Guests don't hand over their data to see what's to eat.
Panel in four languages
The restaurant panel is in Romanian, Spanish, Italian and English, on a phone, tablet or computer.
Data processing agreement (DPA)
For the data we process on your behalf, there is an agreement under Article 28 GDPR.
